Here is Donna, the portfolio manager, sent from the stars above to look after you, your properties, and your tenants. Donna has experience from lightyears of working in the property industry, there is nothing she has not dealt with. She waves her magic wand to ensure her properties are very much in order. Donna joined the Abode crew in 2024, and we are so lucky to have her!
Tom
Meet Tom, who beamed into Abode’s galaxy in 2024 to be our Lettings Manager. With six years of experience, Tom ensures our superstar lettings team is supported and our letting processes are running smoothly. Tom manages his property portfolio and ensures his landlords and tenants are kept up to date on all matters. If you have any lettings queries to discuss Tom is your man!
Alan
Here is Alan. He has been our wizard of accounts since 2018. Alan uses his special powers to get your money to you on time. He will politely chase your tenants for their rent and wave his wand to process payments to our contractors. He is your man for money queries, annual return headaches, and all things accounts.
Georgia
Meet Georgia, our smiley Lettings Negotiator who works her magic in and out of the office. Georgia is out on her magic carpet for two days a week for viewings, check ins and inspections.
She is then based at Abode’s HQ for the rest of the week assisting tenants with their applications and tenancy paperwork, sprinkling her magic dust and ensuring tenants and landlords have smooth experiences. Georgia graduated from Manchester University in 2021 and joined the crew at Abode in May 2022.
Jo
Meet Jo, our number 1 girl on the road! Jo has her very own magic carpet, too. She flies gracefully around the M60, landing at our properties to work her magic. Jo is there at every appointment, moving tenants in and out and performing property inspections. Jo is studying super hard for her ARLA qualifications! Jo joined our crew and got her Abode magic carpet in 2021.
Vandana
Meet Vandana, our wonderful smiley Queen of Certificates. Vandana ensures that our properties are kept compliant at all times. She will email landlords and tenants to ensure the smooth renewal of Gas Certificates, EPCs, EICRs and all HMO related Fire Safety Certificates. Vandana works remotely at home in India, and meets Charlotte weekly in cyber space via Zoom. Vandana has worked with the Abode crew since 2022!
Jade
Meet Jade, our smiley happy Portfolio Manager. Jade looks after her tenants, properties and landlords with sparkling enthusiasm every day. She is the HMO Queen, looking after a number of rooms across her portfolio. Jade waves her magic wand and responds to maintenance requests and raises jobs with our contractors! Jade has completed her Level 3 Business Administration qualification, and is now working on her Level 3 Housing and Property Management course! Jade joined the crew in 2021 and hasn’t looked back since.
Tracy
Meet Tracy, our glittering Director. Tracy is your new business legend. She will talk you through the process, whether you are a new landlord or a seasoned investor. Tracy’s wizardry will ensure you have everything in place to be a compliant landlord and get your properties into Abode’s safe hands. Tracy has been glittering for Abode with Charlotte since the explosions in the galaxy that created Abode in 2011.
Charlotte
Here is Charlotte, our sparkly Director. She is responsible for sprinkling fairy dust around the office, ensuring our processes are followed, and our team of superheroes is on track to provide the very best service to our landlords and tenants. Charlotte is the go-to girl when the superheroes need backup! She has been doing her sparkly thing with Tracy since the explosion of the galaxy that created Abode back in 2011.
Luisa
Luisa works part time to magically arrange viewings on all of our available properties, qualifying leads and booking appointments in our diary. Luisa’s intergalactic charm ensures everyone she speaks to by phone and email are well looked after. Luisa brings a smile to Abode everyday and we were so happy to welcome her into the crew in February 2024. As of December 2024 Luisa is on maternity leave, and we wish her and her family all the best.
Meg
Meg is our smiley Portfolio Manager, sent from the stars to look after her landlords, properties and tenants. Meg has a wealth of experience from her time in Property Management and joined the Abode starship in 2024. Meg brings shiny happy peace and calm to all situations and a smile on her face every day. Meg is working on her Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification.
Zara
Zara is our Apprentice Property Administrator. Whilst working on her Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, Zara also uses her superpowers to arrange viewings on all of our available properties, qualifying leads and booking appointments in our diary. Zara’s sparkly charm ensures everyone she speaks to by phone and email are well looked after. Zara brings a smile to Abode everyday and we were so happy to welcome her into the crew in 2024.
