We have recently reviewed our Inspection process as part of our service of property management in Manchester and performed research into the practices of our competitors. As a result we have decided to offer ALL inspections for FREE. Many of our competitors charge for this service and we believe it should be a free as part of our fully managed service.
It is an important part of our property management in Manchester that regular inspections are undertaken, so we can ensure not only that your tenants are taking due care of the property but also that there are not any maintenance issues that a tenant may not be aware of that require action., such as damage to a gutter or a tile missing on the roof.
We want to minimise your stress as a landlord of Abode ensure that your property management in Manchester runs smoothly. We believe that regular updates that your property is in the condition it should be will ensure you have the peace of mind you deserve. We also believe that a problem that is nipped in the bud at an early stage will ensure you save money in the long run on the upkeep of your property.
If your property is more than a thirty mile round trip from Abode’s HQ we will add a mileage charge of 45ppm for every mile we do over the 30 mile limit just to help cover the costs of the petrol.
